💼 Brand 4 Equality Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work — which involves customized strategy, messaging, and one-on-one service delivery — all payments are non-refundable.
We operate with full transparency and high integrity. Every project begins with a clear scope, timeline, and onboarding process to ensure mutual alignment. Clients are expected to review all deliverables, timelines, and expectations before proceeding.
If a project must be paused or rescheduled for any reason, we will do our best to accommodate within the bounds of our availability and scheduling policies. However, refunds will not be issued for time reserved, services delivered, or early termination initiated by the client. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Brand4Equality LLC provides professional branding and consulting services. Under Michigan law (MCL § 205.93a), these services are not subject to sales or use tax, as only specific categories of services—such as telecommunications, lodging, and tangible property repair—are taxable.
Because tax laws differ across states and countries, clients are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the tax requirements in their own jurisdiction. This includes determining whether taxes apply, filing any required returns, and remitting payments to the appropriate authority in their state or country of residence.
Brand4Equality LLC does not assume responsibility for interpreting, advising on, or managing tax obligations outside the State of Michigan or in any international jurisdiction. We are NOT tax advisors.

1. Services
Brand4Equality LLC is a premium branding consultancy providing strategy, messaging, and resources for women entrepreneurs and changemakers. Additional services may include courses, workshops, or digital products.
2. Payments & Refunds

A 50% deposit is required to begin services, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before final delivery.

Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms.

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable after the 3-day grace period. Clients are responsible for full payment of agreed services unless terminated under contract terms..
3. Client Responsibilities

4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Disputes shall be resolved under Michigan jurisdiction.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with these Terms, becomes abusive verbally and/or physical abuse, violent, towards any worker, harassment or sexual harassment toward any worker. Clients may also terminate services under contract conditions, with applicable payment obligations.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
